Job Description:

As a Project Administrator, you will support the end‑to‑end management of Safety, Networks, and Migration service projects across Latin America, from order intake through project closure. • Monitor project execution by tracking costs, schedules, backlog accuracy, milestones, intercompany labor, purchase requisitions, and material delivery logistics, escalating deviations when necessary.
  • Support invoicing and revenue recognition by tracking milestone completion, validating documentation, updating SAP, coordinating with Billing Administration, and notifying Credit & Collections.
  • Ensure proper project closure and reporting by validating margins, collecting closure documentation, supporting order, backlog, shipment, and forecast reporting, and highlighting risks to revenue recognition.
  • Ensure compliance with Rockwell Automation policies, documentation standards, financial controls, and actively support continuous improvement initiatives.

The Essentials – You Will Have

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working with projects or providing administrative support in technical environments.
