Job Description:

As a Senior HR Generalist, you will provide strategic input, HR solutions, daily leadership, creative consultation, and leadership coaching/counseling for our facilities in Richland Center, WI and Middleton, WI. You will work with the North America ISC HR Business Partner and Plant Leadership team. Together, you will define short-term and long-term organizational needs and solutions in focus areas, including employee engagement and inclusion, change management, organizational design and job leveling, and compensation.

You will partner with our HR Services, HR Co Es, and HR Business Partners to deliver the full value of HR to the business. You will also capture feedback from Rockwell Automation managers and employees for continuous improvement of HR processes. You will engage as a change agent for the implementation of Rockwell's HR Delivery Model, partnering with the HR Service Center and determining what competencies need to be created or improved.

You will report directly to the Senior Manager, HRBP - ISC NA Manufacturing and work out of our facility in Richland Center, WI.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Business Partnership
  • Establish partnership with the teams to guide organizational effectiveness while implementing HR programs
  • Work with partners and provide HR guidance across the organization to develop a understanding of the business and employee's needs.
  • Provide advice and implementation of HR policies including the following areas – Employment Legislation, Talent Management, Learning and Development, Performance Management, Recruitment, Workforce Planning, Rewards Strategies and Employee Engagement
  • Understand needs and partner with leaders to achieve their goals.
  • Ensure business has the skills, competency, structure and rewards to achieve short- and long- term priorities
  • Partner with business leaders on people related issues
  • Partner with HR colleagues, COEs, HR Services, and business leaders to create focus on our goals, including delivery of organizational effectiveness and workforce planning.
  • Identify the need for policies, programs, and actions to support/ achieve our goals.
  • Assess talent and ensure a solid pipeline in place.
  • Ensure high level of leadership capability in the businesses and functions.
  • Workforce Planning
  • Establish clear understanding of the hiring requirements of the Teams.
  • Assess our talent needs based on our goals
  • Analyze workforce trends and anticipate skill gaps
  • Promote diversity in hiring practices to build a more inclusive workforce
  • Lead efficient decisions through using HR technology and automation opportunities - both within the HR team and with leaders

The Essentials

You Will Have:

  • Bachelor's Degree

The Preferred

You Might Also Have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field of study
  • PHR OR SPHR Certification
  • 5+ years of human resources experience in a manufacturing/ operations environment.
  • 3+ years' experience in compensation, performance management, employee development, organizational development, consultation and coaching, change management, and employee relations.
