Job Description:

Perform the set-up, calibration, testing and troubleshooting of circuits, components, instruments, and mechanical assemblies. Determine and may develop test specifications, methods and procedures from blueprints, drawings, and diagrams. Test and troubleshoot assemblies or final systems. May complete rework on assemblies and systems as a result of testing. Prepare technical reports summarizing findings and recommending solutions to technical problems. May support the selection and set-up of specialized test equipment.

You will report to the ETO PRODUCTION & TEST SUPERVISOR. and will be onsite work at Roździeńska Plant- in Katowice.

Your responsibilities:

  • Register deviations and initiate corrective actions in the event of non-conformance,
  • Perform product tests to ensure compliance with specifications,
  • Check MV and LV devices for product safety,
  • Prepare test product results and reports following customer requirements and technical documentation,
  • Serve/demonstrate products to customers participating in tests,
  • Provide instructions to other employees to minimize potential risks
  • Related to work in the testing area,
  • Perform tasks following applicable safety, quality and environmental regulations (ISO9001, ISO14000), and Rockwell Automation procedures,
  • Assist and instruct other employees,
  • Comply with occupational health and safety regulations,
  • Keep the workplace clean and tidy,

The Essentials - You Will Have:

  • Secondary technical education (electrics, automation, electronics),
  • Higher education in Electrical Engineering preferred,
  • Min. 2 years of experience repairing/testing medium voltage devices.
  • Part-time student of electrical or related field acceptable
  • High conscientiousness and accuracy,
  • Read electrical and mechanical documentation,
  • Qualification certificate G1-E preferred,
