Job Description:
We are looking for a versatile Creative Designer with a broad and modern skill set spanning print, digital, web, motion, animation, and video. It is an ideal role for a designer who is equally strong in craft and concept, thrives in a collaborative environment, and brings a disciplined, systems‑oriented approach to building repeatable, scalable visual identity elements across multiple brands.
You will work closely with creative peers, marketers, and cross‑functional partners to deliver high‑quality work with speed, consistency, and integrity, while maintaining fidelity to brand standards and continuously elevating the visual experience.
Your Responsibilities:
- Design and produce compelling creative assets across many media, including:
- Digital and web experiences
- Print and environmental graphics
- Motion graphics, animation, and video
- Presentations, toolkits, and campaign assets
- Translate brand strategies and creative direction into cohesive, repeatable visual systems that scale across channels and teams.
- Operate within multiple brand standards, ensuring consistency while flexing creatively when appropriate.
- Collaborate closely with fellow designers, writers, marketers, and stakeholders to develop integrated creative solutions.
- Take projects from concept through execution, managing your own work, while remaining connected to the broader team.
- Apply quality control, ensuring accuracy, brand compliance, and production readiness.
- Contribute ideas proactively, continuously improving creative processes, workflows, and visual frameworks.
- Uphold and help reinforce company standards of practice, including accountability for licensing compliance, responsible AI usage, and disciplined document management.
The Essentials
You Will Have:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience, with strong portfolio
- 3+ years of experience
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design).
- Strong understanding of layout, composition, typography, and visual hierarchy.
- Demonstrated ability to design for both digital and print, including production‑ready file preparation and web‑optimized asset creation, with working knowledge of WCAG accessibility standards.
- Experience with brand identity principles and ability to uphold brand consistency across all internal and external marketing channels.
- Strong strategic design thinking, ability to translate complex goals into visual systems that maintain brand integrity while scaling across different product ecosystems.
The Preferred
You Might Also Have:
- Motion graphics or video editing experience (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro)
- 3D illustration and animation capabilities
- Experience creating templates or design systems for in‑house use.
- Familiarity with web-based tools (eg. Share Point, Figma)
