  • Ensure compliance with engineering standards, manufacturing process requirements, OEM guidelines, and organizational quality processes
  • Participate in hardware selection and basic hardware management activities

What You Will Learn

  • Real-world application of aerospace design standards and certification-driven requirements
  • Exposure to aircraft seating systems and integrated mechanical-electrical design (preferred program area)
  • Hands-on experience with electrical harness routing, connector integration, and LRU packaging
  • Deeper understanding of manufacturing processes such as sheet metal fabrication, machining, vacuum forming, injection molding, and composites
  • End-to-end exposure to product lifecycle management (PLM) using Teamcenter and enterprise engineering workflows
  • Experience working in a global, cross-functional, and fast-paced engineering program environment

Qualifications You Must Have

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Aerospace Engineering
  • 1–3 years of experience in CAD engineering and mechanical design
