
Senior Engineer- Release and APSS Integration

As a Qualcomm Software Engineer, you will design, develop, create, modify, and validate embedded and cloud edge software, applications, and/or specialized utility programs that launch cutting-edge, world class products that meet and exceed customer needs. Qualcomm Software Engineers collaborate with systems, hardware, architecture, test engineers, and other teams to design system-level software solutions and obtain information on performance requirements and interfaces.
Preferred Qualifications:

Master's/bachelors Degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science or related field.

6 to 9 years of Software Engineering or related work experience.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- Strong at programming/debugging ability C/C++ thread-based programming.
- Experience in analyzing System Level Stability issues
- T32, Jtag, Lauterbach, HW/SW debugging tool
- Experience on Windows kernel and User mode driver development and debugging issues using WINDBG debugger
- Good understanding of Windows Internals and familiar with application frameworks such as .Net/Chromium etc.
- Good understanding of Operating System concepts such as Process/threads/IPC performance optimization techniques.
- Good understanding of compilers such as Visual Studio/LLVM/GCC.
- Good to have familiarity with ARM SOC architecture understanding of ARM assembly programming and debugging.
- Having programming experience in Python is the added advantage
- Communication, written & interpersonal skills, motivation, the ability to learn quickly.
- Ability to co-ordinate across stakeholders and Task management
