Position Summary

Provide HR admin support on day-to-day basis and contributing to the long-run development of HR function in specific during an initial phase of recruitment and other HR areas. Support HR team in providing a comprehensive HR service to managers and staff within the organization

Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities

  • Support HR operations and administration functions
  • Support recruitment process for non-managerial positions on placing ads, pre-selecting applications, scheduling/conducting interviews, onboarding program, and other HR administrations
  • Support the roll out of HR initiatives including ER, CSR, and social activities
  • Provide HR advice and support to line managers and associates, explaining procedures and policies in a timely effective manner
  • Prepare, review, interpret, analyze and approve a variety of data, information and reports, and make recommendations depending on findings
  • Provide general administration and clerical support such as data input, translating documents, filing documents, travel arrangement, visitor registration, fixed assets record and monthly expenses reporting, etc.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and other statutory requirements
  • Handle procurement and stock control of office supplies, stationery, equipment and printing matters
  • Support ad-hoc projects
