Key Responsibilities Service Now Development Build, develop, and implement high-quality Service Now solutions bringing to bear:

• Flow Designer
• Business Rules
• Client Scripts
• UI Policies
• Script Includes
• Catalog Items
• Service Portal Components Ensure adherence to Service Now development guidelines and coding standards. Conduct peer code reviews and provide technical mentorship to development teams. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and efficient platform improvements. Evaluate and implement new Service Now capabilities and platform features. Integrations & Architecture Architect, build, and implement complex integrations between Service Now and enterprise systems. Develop and support integrations using: REST APIs SOAP Web Services JDBC Connections MID Servers Integration Hub Transform Maps Import Sets Build secure, reliable, and scalable data exchange mechanisms. Troubleshoot and resolve integration-related issues and performance bottlenecks. Develop integration patterns and integration governance standards. CMDB, Discovery & Service Mapping Lead CMDB build, implementation, and governance initiatives. Manage and optimize: CMDB Discovery Service Mapping CSDM (Common Service Data Model) Establish data quality standards, governance policies, and lifecycle management processes. Drive CMDB accuracy, completeness, and service visibility across the enterprise. Implement guidelines for configuration item (CI) management and reconciliation. Performance & Optimization Analyze and improve Service Now platform performance. Optimize: Scripts Queries Workflows Integrations Platform configurations Conduct platform health checks and performance assessments. Recommend and implement improvements to improve scalability and maintainability. Platform Experience Hands-on experience across the following Service Now capabilities: Configuration Management Database (CMDB) Discovery Service Mapping ITSM Reporting & Analytics Integration Hub CSDM Implementation and Governance Good to have: Service Now AI experience.
