We’re on the lookout for a super-talented Procurement Category lead to join our Procurement team at Soda Stream HQ in Kfar Saba.

Reporting to the Team Lead, you’ll be one of three team members dedicated to Soda Stream’s Indirect spend.

Responsibilities (English) You will be responsible for developing and continuously improving procurement strategies across indirect spend categories, including HR, welfare, organizational development, maintenance, and general factory support.

This will involve analyzing market trends, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and driving value creation.

You will build and maintain strong partnerships with key suppliers, ensuring compliance with company standards while promoting innovation through regular business reviews.

You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across multiple functions and geographies to understand business needs and ensure procurement strategies are aligned with organizational objectives.

You will lead end-to-end sourcing initiatives, including RFPs and RFQs, and conduct contract negotiations to secure optimal commercial and contractual terms.

Requirements BA – Mandatory (Business Administration, Supply Chain Management – Preferred) Minimum 3 years of Indirect category management experience (at a multinational company, preferred) Strong background in procurement processes, category management, and supplier relationship management Ability to negotiate contracts and prices effectively Strong analytical skills (verbal and written) Passion and love for the profession – Mandatory!

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Full proficiency in English – MUST!
