
Health Consulting Technical Project Manager
About the role
This Technical Project Management role will oversee the sustainment and ongoing optimization of interoperability solutions supporting the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). The role requires collaboration across internal teams and VA stakeholders to ensure solutions continue to meet operational and end-user needs.
Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include:
- Establishing and managing contractual and Performance Work Statement (PWS) compliance strategies
- Monitoring project deliverables, risks, timelines, and operational commitments
- Leading complex, large-scale technical implementations and sustainment initiatives
- Partnering across business units, technical teams, and external stakeholders to drive alignment and issue resolution
- Gathering and managing business and technical requirements for multiple concurrent initiatives
- Developing and maintaining detailed project plans, technical documentation, and status communications
- Managing project interdependencies, escalations, and risk mitigation strategies
- Providing leadership and direction to technical operations or application support teams
- Ensuring timely communication of project status, risks, and mitigation plans to leadership and stakeholders
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and operational process enhancements
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Healthcare Technology, or a related field, or equivalent relevant work experience
- Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in technical project management, healthcare IT, interoperability solutions, or related areas
- At least 3 years of experience leading large-scale technical projects or programs
- Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders, technical implementations, and operational sustainment activities
- Must be able to obtain the appropriate government security clearance applicable to your position.
- Due to federal contract requirements, applicants must be U.S. citizens

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $87,000 to $178,100 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position.
