Use data and insights to operate with agility—rapidly evaluating program efficiency, iterating on engagement strategies in real time, and continuously improving outcomes across all pipelines.

Serve as a thought partner to senior leadership by bringing market insights, campus trends, and innovative ideas to continuously evolve our approach.
What we need to see:

-
Background in employer branding, digital marketing, or early talent engagement campaigns.
-
Proven success crafting innovative, high-impact intern experiences that drive conversion and brand affinity.
