Northrop Grumman Mission Systems is looking for you to join our team as a Principal Manufacturing Analyst based out of Sunnyvale, CA.

We seek a Principal Manufacturing Analysts who use a unique skill set that includes a hands-on approach and acts as the production focal point for management of the bill of materials and production planning within the Mission Systems

What you will get to do:

  • The selected candidate will support production, business, and other processes in a team-based manufacturing environment. Other duties may include:
  • Performing activities in a variety of cross-functional areas, including production planning and control, total quality management, systems, manufacturing, equipment and facilities engineering, material management, and process reengineering. Facilitate self-directed work teams, provide training in core skill areas to teams and peers, and interact with internal and external customers with respect to product planning, problem resolution, and process improvement.

Position is on-site in Sunnyvale, CA, and cannot be performed remotely

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing, production, or inventory control OR Master’s Degree with 3 or more years of experience in manufacturing, production, or inventory control (An additional 4 years of experience in manufacturing, production, or inventory control may be considered in lieu of a degree)
  • Ability to work any shift depending on business needs
  • Ability to obtain a Do

D Secret clearance:

  • US Citizenship required

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Experience with spare parts management and reporting
  • Experience in an engineering environment
  • SAP experience

Primary Level Salary Range: $94,200.00 - $141,200.00

The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.

Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
