Northrop Grumman is currently seeking a Program Cost and Schedule Control Analyst – Level 2 or Level 3, to join our team in Magna UT.

This position can be filled at either a Level 2 or Level 3.

In this job, you will:

• Set up cost control system, monitor and control costs and schedules on capital projects requiring a validated cost schedule control system.
• Perform analyses and prepare reports to ensure that projects are within negotiated and agreed-upon parameters.
• Prepare budgets and schedules for capital prjects and perform and/or assist in financial analyses such as funding profiles, sales outlook, and variance analysis.
• Prepare program plans to ensure program requirements and statement of work are captured and scheduled.
• Monitor funding availability by maintaining accurate records of expenditures and preparation of expenditure projections.
• Incorporate scope changes into control systems by staying aware of outstanding work against each project to maintain realistic EAC cost and schedule baselines.
• Perform miscellaneous financial analysis including monthly financial reporting/forecasting and monthly Business Management Reviews (BMRs) to leadership.
• Continually assess and improve financial reporting processes to enhance efficiency.
• Other duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications:

• **Level 2 -**Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of professional experience in finance or accounting – OR – Master’s degree with 1+ years of professional experience in finance or accounting.
• **Level 3 -**Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of professional experience in finance or accounting – OR – Master’s degree with 3+ years of professional experience in finance or accounting.
• Will consider an additional 4+ years of experience in lieu of degree
• Microsoft Office experience, including MS Excel (expert), Teams, Outlook, Word.
• Knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM).
• Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government DoD Secret security clearance. US citizenship is a prerequisite.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Deltek Cost Point, Deltek Cobra/MPM, Oracle Primavera, BI Tools, and Sharepoint document sharing.
• Department of Defense (DoD) experience.
• Aerospace, Space, or Defense industry experience.
• Ability to effectively manage competing priorities and deadlines.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem solving and organizational skills.

Primary Level Salary Range: $65,500.00 - $98,300.00

Secondary Level Salary Range: $81,400.00 - $122,000.00

The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.

Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
