Family Description

Human Resources (HR) comprises advice, services, and solutions in the areas of human resources management (e.g. total rewards, learning, talent acquisition & development, mobility) and organisation (e.g. leadership, organisational development, diversity).

Subfamily Description

Service Delivery (SDL) contains the managing of operation of service delivery to employees and managers and the monitoring of service delivery operations, technology, transaction processes, and call centre efficiency. Also comprises the establishment of standards and procedures for handling employee questions, transactions, and administration of human resource programmes.

  • Proven experience in HR Data Management / People Data Services, ideally within global operations.

  • Previous team leadership experience with a strong focus on delivery excellence, stakeholder management, and employee engagement.

  • Strong understanding of HR processes, employee lifecycle management, data governance, compliance, and audit requirements.

  • Experience with HR systems as Oracle Fusion, SAP HCM and exposure to tools such Power BI, Power Apps, Share Point, and Microsoft tools.

  • Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

  • Exposure to automation, digital transformation, and process improvement initiatives is highly preferred.

  • Lead and manage a team of HR Data Management specialists, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery of People Data Services.

  • Oversee daily operations, task prioritization, team productivity, and SLA adherence while maintaining strong data quality standards.

  • Support and coach team members by providing guidance on complex or ambiguous cases and ensuring the team is well trained.

  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance of employee master data across HR systems, including adherence to audit, governance, and data privacy requirements.

  • Act as the first point of escalation for operational, technical, and stakeholder-related issues.

  • Drive process improvements, workflow automation, and adoption of digital tools to improve efficiency and employee experience.

  • Support transformation initiatives such as system migrations, HR platform changes, and continuous improvement projects.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders, leadership, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment, service excellence, and continuous learning.
