Product Engineer
As a RF Test Engineer, your core mission is to ensure the seamless validation and calibration of RF testers, enabling the production of cutting-edge 4G/5G radio systems. By troubleshooting critical components like TRx, PA, and filters, you will support our global teams in driving continuous improvement initiatives that enhance tester performance and reduce costs.
You have:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field with 10+ years of experience in radio products, specifically TRx, PA, and filters.
- Experience in power amplifier circuit analysis and debugging.
- Hands-on experience with RF instrumentation and tester calibration.
- Proficiency in tester installation, validation, and calibration.
- Experience in managing assets and supporting global production readiness.
It would be nice if you also had:

Knowledge of 4G/5G radio systems and manufacturing processes.

Proven track record in driving continuous improvement projects.

Ensure seamless validation, maintenance, and calibration of RF testers to support production readiness.

Conduct hands-on testing and troubleshooting of TRx, PA, LNA, and filter systems.

Collaborate with global teams to address technical issues proactively and enhance production processes.

Lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize tester performance and drive cost reduction.

Manage asset inventories and logistics to ensure efficient use of resources and improve organizational workflows.

Enhance expertise in RF receiver circuits and advanced debugging techniques through practical application.

Facilitate and participate in global meetings to strengthen cross-functional collaboration and knowledge sharing.

Support EMS sites with installation and breakdown of RF testing equipment, ensuring smooth operations.
