Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Materials supervisor located in Guadalajara North

Reporting to the Production Planning Supervisor the Materials supervisor is responsible for developing, implementing, coordinating, and executing quality assurance programs to prevent or eliminate defects in new and existing products, with a strong focus on electronics manufacturing and robust server‑grade assemblies.

What a typical day looks like:

• Elaboración de gráficos de dos y tres ejes, así como gráficos con análisis de tendencias.
• Desarrollo, análisis y seguimiento de KPIs.
• Liderar y coordinar juntas de CFT.
• Elaboración de minutas y seguimiento al cierre de acciones.
• Comunicación efectiva con los departamentos de Servicio y con almacenes externos.
• Escalación oportuna a los departamentos de SSYMA, Manufactura y Calidad.
• Seguimiento con proveedores para la gestión de compra de herramientas.
• Gestión, implementación y documentación de nuevos procesos, incluyendo NPI.
• Experiencia en arranque de nuevos procesos.
• Manejo y coordinación de personal. ( que tenga experiencia en manejo de personal )
• Disponibilidad para viajar.
• Manejo de PowerPoint para la elaboración de presentaciones claras y profesionales.
• Como plus: experiencia en el uso de BAAN.
• Conocimientos de procesos de almacenaje, surtido, recibo, CCI, E&O, Kanban. SMKT
