Job Summary

Internship- Hardware Engineer:

We are looking for students or early‑career professionals with a Hardware Engineering background to join Flex Design Center in Milan.

As a Hardware Engineer Trainee, you will work with the latest technologies, learn from experienced engineers, and contribute to real products that improve patients’ lives worldwide.

What a typical day looks like:

  • Support electronic hardware design activities (schematics, components, basic PCB tasks).
  • Participate in lab testing, prototyping, debugging, and validation.
  • Prepare technical documentation and test reports.
  • Collaborate closely with firmware and mechanical teams.
  • Take part in design reviews and team technical discussions.

Here is some of what you’ll need:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronic Engineering (or close to graduation).
  • Good knowledge of electronics and laboratory measurements.
  • Interest in medical devices and advanced technology.
  • Good English, curiosity, and strong teamwork attitude.
  • Good academic results, especially in electronics, circuits, and systems.
