ポジションについて

The Zamarin Laboratory at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai focuses on understanding of the mechanisms of tumor and immune system interactions and on development of novel immunotherapy approaches for cancer therapy. We are particularly interested in immunology of gynecologic cancers (ovarian, endometrial, and cervical cancers). Our research takes advantage of patient tumor and blood samples collected within the context of standard and experimental therapies as well as animal models, including genetic and transplantable tumor models. We have a particular interest in locoregional immune therapies using engineered oncolytic viruses and are studying how oncolytic viruses interact with the immune system when administered alone and in combination with other therapeutics including immune checkpoint blockade and adoptive T cell therapies.

Ph.D. degree in science or related field.
