The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, specifically in the realm of artificial intelligence and machine learning platforms. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, strong business acumen and a keen understanding of market trends to drive product success from conception through to deployment and scaling.Key Responsibilities:Help define product vision and strategy for generative AI toolsDrive formulation of project plans, product positioning, and go-to-market strategiesPartner with cross functional stakeholders including technology, LRC, UX and various business teams across the firm to help execute and deliver GenAI solutionsSupport management of product lifecycle, from ideation through development, launch, and iterationUtilize agile methodologies to manage project timelines, resources, and risks effectivelyConduct market research to identify trends and stay current with the latest developments in AI technologies and competitive landscapes to inform product decisionsEngage various business units and users across the firm to identify and prioritize use cases for GenAI implementationAssist with development of strategies to boost user adoption and engagement. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs.
