The RGM Manager, AMEA is a hands-on analytical and execution role that supports AMEA markets with insight generation, opportunity sizing, and delivery of RGM workstreams. The role builds robust analytical outputs, converts insights into practical recommendations, and supports market execution through structured project support, templates/tools, and performance tracking.

How you will contribute:

  • 1) Insight Generation & Opportunity Sizing (Core)

  • Deliver high-quality analytics across pricing, PPA, promotions, trade investment/GTN, and mix to identify and size growth and margin opportunities

  • Build and maintain analytical outputs such as:price & margin waterfalls

  • GTN decomposition and investment diagnostics

  • promotion ROI / elasticity views (where data allows)

  • mix contribution and pack/channel performance analysis

  • Translate analyses into clear “so what” recommendations, including quantified upside, key assumptions, risks, and trade-offs

  • Provide analytical support for market decision points (e.g., AC/plan cycles, pricing rounds, promotion optimization waves)

  • 2) Project Delivery & Market Execution Support

  • Support prioritized market deep dives and sprints by owning the analytical workplan, timelines, and delivery quality

  • Work with markets to convert analysis into execution-ready actions (e.g., price moves, pack changes, promo mechanics changes, trade guardrails)

  • Develop simple implementation packs for markets (what to do, where to do it, expected impact, how to track)

  • Track progress and benefits delivery for supported initiatives, and run post-implementation reviews to refine the approach

  • 3) Standardized Tools, Templates & Ways of Working

  • Develop and maintain standardized analytical templates and calculators for RGM levers (pricing, PPA, promo, GTN, mix) to improve speed and consistency

  • Ensure analytical definitions, assumptions, and calculation logic are consistent to enable cross-market comparability

  • Create “minimum viable” analytical approaches for markets with limited data, balancing rigor with practicality

  • Provide hands-on coaching to market teams on how to use templates correctly and interpret outputs

  • 4) KPI Tracking, Performance Reporting & Governance Support

  • Support definition and ongoing tracking of core RGM effectiveness metrics (e.g., price realization, GTN%, promo ROI proxies, mix improvement indicators)

  • Build and maintain dashboards / structured reporting for regional readouts and market check-ins

  • Ensure timely, accurate reporting with clear commentary on drivers, issues, and required actions

  • Identify recurring performance gaps and propose targeted analytical deep dives or corrective actions

  • 5) Data Quality & Analytical Enablement

  • Partner with market teams and relevant functions (D&A / I&A) to improve availability and quality of RGM inputs (volume, price, GTN, promo, customer/channel mapping)

  • Diagnose data issues that block analysis (definitions, leakage, missing fields, mapping gaps) and propose practical fixes

  • Document data assumptions and limitations clearly to ensure decision makers understand confidence levels

  • Strong understanding of FMCG commercial fundamentals
  • Strong analytical/problem-structuring skills; ability to simplify complex problems into decision-ready insights
  • Advanced Excel modelling skills; experience with Power BI / Tableau or similar tools is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver under tight timelines
  • Clear, structured communication and stakeholder management in a matrix environment

Education / Certifications:

Job specific requirements:

  • 5+ years experience in FMCG, consulting, commercial analytics, RGM/NRM, pricing, trade investment, or CP&A
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or related field
  • Experience working across multiple markets/cultures or in a regional role is a strong advantage
  • Comfort operating with imperfect data and evolving priorities

Travel requirements:

Work schedule:

  • Regional role supporting multiple AMEA markets
  • Cross-time-zone collaboration; flexibility required
  • Travel as needed for priority market projects (typically periodic, depending on deployment waves)
