Overview
Microsoft AI is looking for an experienced product manager to drive the strategy, roadmap, and execution for our payment and wallet products. This role requires solid product thinking and development, track record of successfully shipping product from 0 to 1, success product and customer growth with at least 10M DAU, deep experience on payment and/or wallet space.

Starting January 26, 2026, Microsoft AI (MAI) employees who live within a 50- mile commute of a designated Microsoft office in the U.S. or 25-mile commute of a non-U.S., country-specific location are expected to work from the office at least four days per week. This expectation is subject to local law and may vary by jurisdiction.
- Responsibilities- Is qualitatively and quantitatively data-driven and agile in seeking and using data for decision-making.
- Engages and influences with customers.
- Can explore opportunities and develop product strategy and roadmap based on business requirements.
- Able to identify ideal opportunities for external partnerships and lead discussions with potential external partners.
- Collaborates across organizational boundaries, building experiences our customers will love.
Qualifications Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree AND 2+ years experience in product/service/program management or software developmentOR equivalent experience.
- Deep expertise in the wallet and payments ecosystem, with a proven track record of successfully scaling products and services.
- Solid knowledge of payment processing and card network systems.
- Experience in developing products from inception to completion, with a focus on the product aspect and a thorough understanding of the business needs.
- Demonstrated expertise in identifying potential market opportunities and successfully launching products that meet market demands.
- Data-driven decision making and ability to thoughtfully experiment.
- Experience in online/web services environment.
- Experience working with customers, with ability to deeply understand customer needs and competitive landscape, to achieve the best outcomes for the customer.
