We’re currently looking for an experienced and highly analytical Product Manager to join our growing team. This role is central to our strategy of deploying advanced, intelligent virtual assistants (IVAs)/chatbots across key industry verticals. The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of specific industries, a strong grasp of business operations, and the technical fluency to leverage our Agentic AI platform to build market-leading solutions.
You will be responsible for defining, developing, and launching IVAs that address the most critical, high-value use cases within chosen verticals, turning complex industry challenges into intuitive, generalized AI solutions.
Job Duties:

Deep Vertical Expertise: Become the foremost internal expert on assigned industry verticals (e.g., Financial Services, Healthcare, Retail, etc.), including understanding their operational pain points, typical customer/employee journeys, systems, and primary business objectives with global industry specialist colleagues together.

Use Case Identification: Identify and prioritize the highest-impact, most common IVA/chatbot use cases (e.g., policy inquiry, claims status, appointment booking, first-level technical support) within target verticals.

Generalized Solution Design: Analyze custom IVA requirements from specific enterprise clients within a vertical, distill commonalities, and generalize these needs into robust, scalable, and reusable IVA application templates on our platform.

Product Definition: Own the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch and iteration. Review and finalize PRD with US stakeholders, breakdown use cases, and define acceptance criteria.

Platform Leverage: Work closely with the core Agentic AI platform engineering team to understand platform capabilities, influence the platform roadmap based on vertical needs, and ensure optimal utilization of platform features in IVA application development.

Data set presentation: Constantly look for, produce, and refine industrial datasets to test and improve IVA performance.

Go-to-Market: Work with US stakeholders on collaborating with Marketing, Sales, and Solutions Engineering to develop effective pricing, positioning, and enablement materials for IVA applications.

Voice of the Customer (VoC): Work closely with RC colleagues who talk with customers and prospects within the target vertical to validate hypotheses, gather feedback, and ensure the product meets real-world business needs.

Data-Driven Iteration: Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for IVA applications (e.g., deflection rate, successful task completion rate, customer satisfaction). Use data analytics to drive continuous improvement and roadmap prioritization.

Cross-Functional Leadership: Serve as the product champion, aligning engineering, design, data science, and business teams towards a common vertical-specific goal.
Desired qualifications to succeed in this role:
Required:

5+ years of Product Management experience, preferably focused on Agentic AI products and platforms, enterprise software solutions.

Agentic AI platform knowledge: Experience utilizing an internal or third-party low-code/no-code Agentic AI platform to build applications.

Strong technical acumen: Experience working with conversational AI, chatbots, intelligent automation technologies.

Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills: Ability to break down complex industry problems into actionable product requirements and generalized solutions.

Excellent communication skills in both English and Mandarine: Ability to articulate complex technical concepts and business strategies to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Global collaboration: Get used to working with colleagues and customers globally; Be flexible with occasional early morning or late night meetings with teams in different time zones.

Experience with Agile development methodologies.
Preferred:
- Demonstrated success in launching 1 or 2 IVA products or scaling products in a competitive market.
- Proven experience working deeply within at least one major industry vertical (e.g., Financial Services, Telecommunications, Healthcare, Insurance, etc.).
- Experience in leveraging AI to improve work efficiency.
