Responsibilities - Complete all necessary safety training and make sure all work aligns with Micron's safety policies. - Develop a team culture that emphasizes individual strengths, aligning member skills with valued roles to contribute to overall success. - Foster and cultivate connections with crucial internal and external collaborators to guarantee technology transfer and development are in line with Micron's objectives. - Define and coordinate projects and programs to achieve transfer and TTMCY objectives. - Collaborate closely with R&D and TDT teams to improve Fab processes and equipment, achieving transfer goals. - Foster positive relationships with partners across all OMT modules, divisions, OCT, and R&D engineering teams. - Support continuous improvement efforts through Maintenance Optimization Plans, including SOPs, Manuals, Equipment Performance, Business Processes, and BKMs. - Coach, mentor, empower, and supervise team members. Preferred Education and Experience - M.S. or Ph.D. in Industrial Engineering, Engineering Management, Productions & Operations Management, or equivalent work experience. - At least 5 years’ experience in WET. - At least 3 years’ experience as a leader or manager. - Proven ability to partner successfully with other groups and build strong peer relationships. - Ability to motivate and challenge teams to improve organizational efficiency. - Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and communication skills. - Strong negotiation skills with a creative approach to influencing others. - Strong critical thinking, prioritization, and analytical skills to drive strategic direction.
