Senior/Staff BIM Designer at Micron

The BIM Designer/Coordinator plays a critical role in keeping project models accurate, organized, and constructible. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented Revit expert who enjoys production work and wants exposure to BIM coordination without owning overall BIM governance. You’ll support projects day-to-day while collaborating in a multi-discipline environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop, update, and maintain Revit models, drawings, and sheet sets across project phases

• Create and manage Revit families, templates, and model standards

• Produce construction and record drawings directly from Revit models

• Perform self-QA/QC to ensure model accuracy, LOD compliance, and documentation quality

• Support coordination activities such as clash review and model checks under BIM Lead direction

Minimum Qualifications:

• 2–5+ years of hands-on Revit experience in a production or design role

• Experience producing construction documents from Revit models

• Strong understanding of BIM fundamentals and model organization

• Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings

• High attention to detail and strong collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in architectural, MEP, structural, or industrial modeling

• Exposure to Navisworks, ACC Model Coordination, or clash detection workflows

• Experience with Scan-to-BIM, point clouds, or Re Cap

• Familiarity with BIM Execution Plans and LOD requirements

• Interest in growing BIM coordination skills over time
