職務内容サマリ

Micron Technology, Inc. 広島Fabにおいて、Photo（DUV Scanner）エリアの装置エンジニアとして、量産ラインにおける露光装置の安定稼働、性能向上、歩留まり改善をリードしていただきます。
本ポジションでは、露光装置の構造・動作原理を深く理解した上で、装置起因の異常解析、再発防止、プロセス安定化を主体的に推進します。プロセスエンジニア、FAC、品質、ベンダー（装置メーカー）と密に連携し、量産環境における品質・生産性・コスト・リスクの最適化を担います。

職務内容

装置・量産安定化

• DUV Scanner装置の構造・制御・光学系を理解した上での量産装置管理
• 装置稼働率（Availability / Productivity）向上に向けた改善活動の立案・実行
• ベースライン維持、ドリフト管理、再現性確保に関する技術的リード

トラブルシューティング・異常解析

• 装置起因の異常に対する迅速な切り分け・原因特定・恒久対策
• 故障解析、FMEA、8D 等の手法を用いた再発防止活動
• 複合要因（装置・プロセス・材料・運用）を考慮した問題解決

装置・プロセス改善

• アライメント、フォーカス、露光量、オーバーレイ等の露光関連パラメータ最適化
• プロセス能力（Cp/Cpk）向上および製造コスト削減に向けた改善推進
• 装置・ソフトウェアアップグレードの計画、導入、量産リリース対応

立ち上げ・評価

• 新規装置・改造装置の立ち上げ、量産認定（Baseline / Release）対応
• 新材料・新プロセス導入時の装置観点での評価・リスク整理
• ベンダーとの技術ディスカッション、仕様レビュー、課題解決推進

クロスファンクショナル連携

• プロセス、品質、FAC、EHS、サプライヤーと連携した改善活動
• 品質・コスト・リスク管理目標達成に向けた監査・是正対応

応募資格

• 理工系学士号、または同等の実務経験
• 装置トラブルに対し、構造・原理に基づいて原因を考え抜ける問題解決力
• 日本語での業務コミュニケーション能力（読み書き・会話）

歓迎要件

• Lithography / Photo / DUV Scanner 装置の実務経験
• 半導体製造装置エンジニアとしての実務経験
• 量産Fabにおける装置立ち上げ、安定化、異常解析の経験
• 装置メーカー（例：ASML 等）との技術折衝・共同トラブル対応経験
• FMEA、SPC、8D 等を用いた体系的な改善活動の実践経験
• 英語での業務コミュニケーション能力（読み書き・会話）
