You will serve as the site expert, guide teams with confidence, and help drive a culture of environmental responsibility. Your technical leadership will elevate our compliance systems and strengthen our relationships with regulators, auditors, and internal partners.Responsibilities:- Lead the hazardous waste and Subpart BB regulatory program as the technical authority
• Develop and maintain RCRA compliance systems for construction and operations
• Prepare hazardous waste shipments, budgets, metrics, and regulatory reports
• Support inspections, audits, and ISO 14001 conformance efforts
• Partner with teams on compliance for air, water, stormwater, SPCC, solid waste, and other environmental programs
  Minimum Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field
• 3+ years managing environmental compliance programs
• Strong experience with RCRA and hazardous waste management
• Working knowledge of RCRA, CWA, CAA, CERCLA, and ISO 14001
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills
  Preferred Qualifications:- Experience leading small technical teams or multi-functional projects
• Experience supporting regulatory inspections and external audits
• Background in both construction and operational environmental compliance
