Process and Equipment Engineer (PEE) は、トラブル対応、リスク評価、ファブ立ち上げ、装置リリースにおいて、生産ラインを健全な状態に維持する責任を負います。さらにPEEは、製品の品質向上、歩留まり改善、コスト削減、キャパシティアウトプット（時間あたりのウエハ処理能力）の最大化のため、プロセス/ハードウエアの最適化に継続的に取り組む責任を負います。半導体ウエハ生産のWETプロセスにおいては、様々な種類の薬液、ガス、蒸気を使って、最も効果的にパーティクル・汚染物質を除去し、膜を除去するためにPEEとしてプロセスと設備の両方の知識を備えます。すべての部門と協力し、経験を積んで学んでいくことで、技術的な知識およびソフトスキルを身に付けることができ、より優れたマイクロンのメモリ製品に貢献できるようになります。

• Abnormal analysis and improvement.
