As an International Product Growth Manager for Brazil, you will ensure that Meta is locally relevant and successful in the region. With your deep understanding of the local product landscape and cultural context, you will identify product gaps, uncover growth opportunities, and drive the execution of growth initiatives for Brazil.

International Product Growth Manager, Brazil Responsibilities
Ensure the Meta family of apps is well adapted to be successful in Brazil
Provide local insights, identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats relevant for Meta's success in Brazil
Explore and identify strategic growth opportunities in Brazil leveraging internal and external resources as well as in-country activities
Drive solutions that address the identified market-specific opportunities
Influence and partner with product teams to execute on the solutions
Partner with the analytics team to identify high-impact opportunities, validate key findings, and measure impact of execution

Minimum Qualifications:

6+ years of experience in product management or a related field
Experience in the understanding of the Brazil market, including its unique challenges and opportunities
Professional fluency in Portuguese, as this role requires understanding of the local product landscape and cultural context to develop solutions
Excellent communication and collaboration experiences, with the ability to work effectively with and influence cross-functional teams such as engineering, product management, and analytics across different countries and cultures, in English

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with building products tailored to Brazil
Experience working in a global environment across multiple time zones
Proficiency in data analysis and problem-solving, with experience in interpreting data to inform decision-making
Experience working in startups or entrepreneurial ventures
Experience independently managing priorities and delivering results in environments with evolving requirements and limited direction
