The Strategic Sourcing team within Meta Reality Labs owns the commercial strategy and supplier relationships across all IP licensing and materials—from individual PCB components to the final consumer product—moving fast and leveraging key partnerships to drive innovation, quality, and cost savings through a customized supply chain.
As a Health Tech Sourcing & Partnerships Manager, you will build and execute partner strategies for our wearable devices, enabling new health, fitness, and wellness technologies and the channel strategies that bring them to users. You will own sourcing across sensor and health technologies and development services—including commercial, operational, and technical performance—and negotiate and close hardware and IP deals spanning business models, development and licensing terms, statements of work, and commercials. Our mission is to advance the future of the Metaverse and AI through our smart glasses, mixed reality, and augmented reality devices, laying the foundation for health, fitness, and wellness experiences for years to come.
