Sr Technician I, Production

Job Description:

主要职责: 生产（Production）

• 根据生产计划安排生产，组织资源并落实生产任务。
• 负责日常生产管理，解决生产过程中出现的各类问题。
• 负责员工技能培训、能力提升及绩效评估。
• 负责生产数据的汇总与汇报。
• 带领团队维护车间5S管理。

安全（Safety）

• 管理团队遵守车间安全规定。
• 学习并掌握安全事故分类、上报流程及处理流程。
• 参与安全改善（Kaizen）及班组安全活动。
• 鼓励员工主动报告潜在安全隐患，营造良好的安全文化环境。

质量（Quality）

• 管理团队遵守产品质量要求，如首件检验，切换产品流程等
• 学习并执行返工流程、异常处理流程等。
• 负责与质量相关问题的调查与分析。

设备（Equipment）

• 掌握TPM相关知识，并按计划执行自主维护（AM）。
• 完成直属上级安排的其他工作。
• 有注塑（Molding）经验者优先。

任职要求（Requirements）

• 至少5年以上相关工作经验。
• 具备基本英语读写能力优先
• 有团队管理或主管岗位经验。
• 能适应夜班工作安排。
