Intern, Stock Management & Logistics

Task Description:

• Update records in the e-Dealer Management System (EDMS) in accordance with company procedures.

• Assist in handling and preparing custom documentation (AP).

• Support invoice validation by verifying invoices against supporting documents and system records.

• Support logistics documentation, filing, and coordination with internal stakeholders.

• Assist in daily operational actions in the SWT (SAP) system.

• Support logistics operations by coordinating and scheduling trucking arrangements.

• Execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) on the VX & STS system.

• Perform other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor to support logistics operations.

Specific Knowledge and Skills:

• Final year students pursuing Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics or any other relevant disciples.
• Good communication and good command of English language.
• Excellent computer skills especially in MS Office
• Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work as a team.
