Product Data Analyst (10 months replacement for maternity leave)

Overview:

This is a 10-month temporary contract

We're looking for a Product Data Analyst to join the team at Dynamic Yield by Mastercard and play a critical role in shaping our product through data-driven insights. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, designers, Customer Success, and other cross-functional stakeholders to understand how customers interact with our product and how we can continuously improve their experience.

You will take ownership of data for key product domains,, establishing meaningful success metrics, analyzing feature adoption and performance, and delivering insights that directly influence the product roadmap.

Your work will empower smarter product decisions and help deliver tangible value to our clients. This role offers a unique chance to influence the evolution of a leading experience optimization platform, empowering some of the world's top brands to deliver personalized, data-informed digital experiences at scale.

Role Work closely with product managers to define and refine KPIs and success metrics that align with product goals. You'll support planning, feature evaluation, and post-launch performance assessments to ensure product decisions are data-driven and measurable Collaborate with team members to collect business requirements, define successful analytics outcomes, and design data models Analyze user behavior and product usage patterns using quantitative methods to identify pain points, usage trends, and feature adoption Build and maintain dashboards and reports that empower product and business stakeholders with timely, actionable insights. You'll ensure key metrics are easily accessible and accurately reflect performance across initiatives.

Contribute to the development and maintenance of data models and assist in maintaining scalable, trustworthy ELT pipelines. You'll help shape the underlying data layer that powers analytics across the product and business.

Monitor KPIs and drive continuous efficiency improvements All About You2+ years of experience as a Product Analyst / Data Analyst Advanced SQL skills Proficiency with BI and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI).Experience working with product analytics tools and event-based tracking Solid understanding of A/B testing frameworks and statistical significance.

Strong business understanding and ability to translate data into actionable product recommendations.
