We are seeking a talented individual to join our Risk Consulting team in Tokyo, Japan. This is a role that has hybrid working requirement of working in the office at least three days in a week.

• サイバーリスクコンサルティングプロジェクトのエンドツーエンド支援（リスク評価、インシデント対応、テーブルトップ演習、リスク定量化など）
• クライアントのサイバーセキュリティ評価および脅威・脆弱性・リスクの分析
• インシデント対応プロセスの助言、対応計画やプレイブックの作成・実施
• 情報セキュリティ技術の評価・推奨を通じたクライアントのセキュリティ体制強化
• サイバーセキュリティリスク領域の調査および施策に関するアドバイザリー支援
• インシデント管理、脆弱性管理、ISO 27001やNISTなどの基準に準拠した技術的実装の支援
• クライアントチームとの連携によるサービス範囲の明確化とマーケット戦略の推進

What you need to have / 必須条件：

• サイバーセキュリティ分野での実務経験とプロジェクト遂行実績
• 優れたクライアントマネジメント能力、コミュニケーション能力、分析的問題解決力、複雑な環境で複数プロジェクトをリードした経験
• コンピュータサイエンスまたは工学の学士号または修士号
• 高い組織力、判断力、自発的に行動できる能力
• 日本語・英語でのコミュニケーション能力（口頭・書面）
