About the Role

Workday導入プロジェクトにおいて、顧客の現行システムからWorkdayへのスムーズなデータ移行(Data Conversion)を支援する専門家を募集します。正確かつ緻密なデータ加工・移行を核としつつ、Workdayの機能・業務コンサルタント(Functional Consultant)としても活躍の幅を広げていただく「ハイブリッド型」のポジションです。
2. 主な職務内容
■ Data Conversion

データ変換・移行の実行: 顧客の現行システム(Legacy System)から抽出されたデータを、Workdayの仕様に合わせてExcelやSQLを用いて加工・変換し、一括登録(ロード)を行います。

構成移行(Configuration Migration): Functionalコンサルタントが設計・設定したWorkday内の設定値を、環境間で正確に移行します。

データクレンジングの支援: 顧客に対し、データの不備や不整合を指摘し、高品質なデータ移行を実現するためのアドバイスを提供します。
■ Functional Consultant

機能要件の定義: お客様に対しWorkdayの標準機能を紹介し、お客様のビジネスプロセス(人事業務等)をWorkday上でどう実現するかの検討・定義を支援します。

利活用支援: システム導入後にお客様が自立してWorkdayを使いこなせるよう、業務の観点から設定の最適化のサポートを行います。

About the Role:
We are seeking a specialist to drive seamless Data Conversion from legacy systems to Workday during implementation projects. While the core of this role involves precise and meticulous data transformation and migration, it is a "hybrid" position that offers the opportunity to expand your expertise into the Functional Consultant domain, focusing on business processes and system configuration.

Key Responsibilities:
■ Data Conversion
-
Data Transformation & Execution: Process and transform data extracted from legacy systems using Excel or SQL to meet Workday specifications, and execute bulk data uploads (loading).

Configuration Migration: Accurately migrate Workday configuration settings—designed and established by Functional Consultants—across different environments.

Data Cleansing Support: Identify data discrepancies or inconsistencies for clients and provide strategic advice to ensure high-quality data migration.
■ Functional Consultant

Functional Requirement Definition: Introduce Workday's standard features to clients and support the design and definition of how their business processes (such as HR operations) will be realized within Workday.

Adoption Support: Provide support for configuration optimization from a business perspective to ensure clients can independently and effectively utilize Workday after the system go-live.
About You
必須要件

Required Skills & Experience

Data Processing & Manipulation: Hands-on experience with Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, complex formulas) or SQL.

IT Literacy: Foundational knowledge of system integrations and databases, or experience in implementing and operating enterprise software packages.

HCM Knowledge: Basic understanding of, or a strong interest in, HR business processes.

Communication Skills: Ability to collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams, with the skill to explain technical concepts in a clear and accessible manner.
Preferred Skills & Experience

Programming: Experience in programming or scripting (e.g., JavaScript, VBA, Python).

Project Experience: Experience participating in large-scale data migration projects.

Quality Improvement: Proven ability to create mechanisms to prevent errors, such as developing manuals, checklists, or implementing automation tools.
