We are seeking a talented individual to join our Marketing & Communications team in Tokyo, Japan. This is a role that has hybrid working requirement of working in the office at least three days in a week.

• ステークホルダーエンゲージメント、コンテンツ開発、チャネルマーケティングの専門知識を活用し、ビジネスの成長を支援。社内チームや外部パートナーとの強力な協力関係を築き、日本における組織のブランドプレゼンスを高めることが求められます。

We will count on you to / 主な業務内容：

• 需要創出とブランドの関連性向上を目的とした戦略的なマーケティングおよびコミュニケーション計画を策定・実行。
• 複数のチャネルを活用したマーケティングキャンペーンの企画・運営をリード。測定可能な成果を確保する。
• 記事、動画、プレスリリース、SNS投稿などのコンテンツを作成し、社内外のメディアパートナーと連携する。
• 競合分析や市場分析を活用し、マーケティング戦略やキャンペーンの最適化を図る。
• キャンペーンのライフサイクル全体を通じてステークホルダーと継続的に関わり、リアルタイムの分析やフォローアップを行い、最大の効果を追求する。

What you need to have / 求める経験スキル：

• B2Bマーケティングの実務経験5〜7年以上
• マーケティング、コミュニケーション、ジャーナリズム、ビジネス・コマースいずれかの学位
• 優れたステークホルダーエンゲージメント能力と、あらゆるレベルの関係者と良好な関係を築くスキル
• プロジェクト管理やコンテンツ作成における高い組織力と時間管理能力。
• デジタルマーケティング、分析ツール、CRMシステム、Microsoft Office（PowerPoint、Word、Excel）の操作スキル
• AIツールや各種マーケティングプラットフォーム（Zoom、SNSなど）の活用経験

• ビジネスレベル以上の日本語・英語力
