  • Deliver infrastructure services and support with high quality and reliability
  • Provide L1, L2, and L3 support for infrastructure and network incidents

  • Cisco networking (L1/L2, routing fundamentals)
  • Virtualization platforms (VMware)
  • Windows server environments
  • Experience working with ITSM processes and ticketing tools (Service Now or similar)
  • Ability to manage incidents independently and under pressure
  • Clear communication skills with technical and non‑technical stakeholders
  • English proficiency at intermediate (B1) level or higher

Level of autonomy & impact

  • Works independently on day‑to‑day infrastructure topics
  • Acts as the terminal’s primary infrastructure owner
  • Escalates complex issues only when needed
  • Directly impacts terminal uptime and operational continuity

Nice to have

  • Experience in port, terminal, logistics, or industrial environments
  • ITIL foundation knowledge
  • Exposure to supporting mission‑critical operations

Why join us

  • Play a critical role in terminal operations
  • Gain hands‑on responsibility and ownership
