About the role

Job Description:

We are looking for a Recruiter Coordinator who will play a key role in supporting the full recruitment lifecycle while developing strong foundational skills in Talent Acquisition. This role is ideal for someone eager to grow their career in recruiting, with a solid focus on coordination, candidate experience, and operational excellence.

The Recruiter Coordinator will work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates to ensure smooth, timely, and high-quality hiring processes across the organization.

Responsibilities Recruiting & Candidate Support

  • Provide end-to-end support for recruiting activities, ensuring a positive candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the hiring lifecycle.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, phone screens, and ongoing communications between candidates, recruiters, and client hiring managers.
  • Engage with candidates to clarify resume details, gather additional information, and guide them through each stage of the recruitment process.
  • Follow up proactively with candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers to ensure timelines and expectations are met.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders through consistent communication and coordination.
  • Work closely with recruiting, onboarding, sales, and executive teams to ensure hiring needs are met efficiently.
  • Support the recruiting team with operational tasks, process improvements, and reporting needs.
  • Collaborate across teams in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

Administrative & Process Management

  • Manage online applications and ensure candidates correctly apply through the career site.
  • Document, track, and maintain accurate records of hiring processes, requisition status, and candidate data in the career site.
  • Support requisition management, including closing requisitions and ensuring candidates complete all required onboarding steps.
  • Assist with the creation, coordination, and facilitation of the offer process.
  • Facilitate background investigation and global employee screening processes, including sending requests and completing all required documentation.
  • Assist with collecting, verifying, and submitting new hire documents in compliance with internal policies.
  • Support onboarding process activities to ensure candidates have a smooth transition into the organization.
  • Provide recruiting reports and support record retention processes as required.
  • Deliver responsive and proactive customer service via phone, email, or in-person interactions.

Education

  • First-level university degree (Bachelor’s minimum) in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field preferred.
  • University students nearing completion of their degree are welcome to apply.

Experience

  • Typically, at least 2-3 years of experience in an HR, recruiting, staffing, or administrative support role is preferred.
  • Customer service experience is required.
  • Experience supporting recruitment processes within a global or enterprise-scale organization is a plus.
  • Experience supporting offer creation, onboarding activities, and collaborating with sales teams and executives is highly desirable.

Skills & Competencies

  • Advanced level of English (written and verbal).
  • Strong multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Experience working with applicant tracking systems; Workday experience is a plus.
  • Strong customer-service mindset and problem-solving skills.
