- Gain hands on talent acquisition experience including, leveraging sourcing tools, managing selection processes, interviewing and event planning. Support and participate in office and campus events (career fairs, info sessions, panels, etc.) Assist with intern and new hire onboarding and programming. Collaborate with the early talent team, contributing your ideas to implement process improvements and enhance talent acquisition practices and programs. What You've Got You must be able to work full-time from January
- June 2027. You have 0-2 years of professional work experience. You're an undergraduate student working toward a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Management, Communications, or a related field with a strong academic record with a cumulative 3.0 GPA preferred. You must be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future. We will not sponsor employment visas. Candidates who will require future sponsorship, including candidates on CPT/OPT/STEM‑OPT who will require future sponsorship, are not eligible to apply. You are naturally curious and have a passion for learning You have a strong attention to detail. You bring strong communication, organization, and customer service skills, and you're comfortable managing multiple tasks. You enjoy working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and can adapt quickly.
