About the role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and curious Data Analyst (Intern) to support our team in analyzing watchlist and trade-related data. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, spotting patterns, and turning data into insights that support business and product decisions.

Responsibilities

• Analyze watchlist data and generate insights based on defined parameters
• Perform data profiling and quality checks on WCO watchlist data
• Work with the Trade team to prepare and structure datasets for Goods Engine effectiveness testing
• Support trade pricing data analysis and reporting
• Summarize findings in clear reports or presentations
• Assist with ad-hoc data analysis tasks as needed

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Data Analytics, Business, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field
• Basic knowledge of Excel, SQL, or other data analysis tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and good organizational skills
• Clear communication skills (written and verbal)
• Willingness to learn and work with large datasets

Nice to Have

• Exposure to data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
• Basic understanding of international trade or compliance data
