Agentic Marketing Product Manager Department: Augmented Marketing, CCO Team

Level: AM - Manager

Location: Shanghai, China

About the Role

We are looking for a visionary Agentic Marketing Product Manager to serve as the Architect and Designer of our "Agentic Marketing Territory." In this pivotal role, you will act as the vital bridge between top-tier marketing strategy and cutting-edge AI execution.

Our core philosophy is augmentation, not replacement: you will

Your mission is to design the operational blueprint for how AI agents assist our marketers, building an ecosystem of tools that elevate daily work, streamline workflows, and unlock new levels of efficiency — i.e., by operationalizing expert knowledge, workflows, and decision logic into adoptable agent products.

Rather than rebuilding from scratch, you will build on and interface with the CDMO's existing tool and data assets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Marketing Strategy & Use-Case Ownership: Co-define the highest-impact marketing use cases (e.g., brand strategy, campaign planning, content/creative) with Brand/CMI/CDMO stakeholders, and translate them into prioritized product requirements, success metrics, and adoption plans.
  • Translate Marketing workflows and business needs into Agentic Products — acting as a Agentic Liasson
  • Agent Prototyping & Workflow Design: Rapidly prototype specific, purpose-driven agents (e.g., Ideation Agents) using low-/no-code and orchestration tools (e.g., Dify, n8n, Coze, Lang Chain). Define their use cases and logic, validate them, then hand off to engineering partners to harden and productionize. You are not the production engineer—but you must have enough hands-on AI literacy to build working prototypes yourself; without it, this role is not doable.
  • Cross-functional Stakeholder Partnership & Expert Workflow Mapping (Business ↔ IT): Partner with lead marketers and internal stakeholders across Business teams and IT teams to translate needs into clear requirements, align priorities, and map expert decision workflows into actionable agent logic and playbooks that can be implemented by the AI/tech stack.

Qualifications & The "Perfect Profile"

The ideal candidate is a rare hybrid: a seasoned marketing professional who has developed a deep, self-driven technical understanding of Artificial Intelligence. You speak fluent "Marketing" to executive leadership and fluent "Logic" to AI systems.

  • Experience: 5+ years of solid experience in Beauty/FMCG Brand Marketing, Strategic Consulting, or a highly relevant Mar Tech Product Management role. You possess a profound understanding of brand building, marketing strategy, and campaign execution.

  • AI Acumen: While you do not need to be a software engineer, you must be a passionate, hands-on builder of AI with strong technical literacy—enough to prototype yourself. You understand the mechanics of LLMs, prompt engineering, and how to structure agentic workflows (e.g., Lang Chain, Dify/n8n/Coze, or similar logic frameworks).
Demonstrated Builder (portfolio required): You must bring one self-built use case to the interview—e.g., a vibe-coded app or an n8n/Dify/Coze workflow. It can be anything (an app or a workflow); we want proof you can actually build, not just talk about it.

  • Analytical Deconstruction: Exceptional ability to break down complex marketing strategies and expert knowledge into clear, step-by-step programmable logic and decision trees.

  • Executive Communication: Outstanding stakeholder management skills. You are highly comfortable interviewing and collaborating with C-suite executives and top marketing leaders to extract and digitize their core methodologies.
