Balance customer demand with supply capacity to ensure product availability, optimize inventory levels, and support efficient operations.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end supply and demand planning for an assigned product portfolio, generating an 18-month rolling forecast by integrating statistical historical data and market intelligence from sales and marketing teams.
• Manage the weekly factory replenishment orders to guarantee optimal product availability while ensuring strict adherence to budget constraints, service level metrics, and end-of-life portfolio management.
• Lead the monthly Sales & Operations process for your portfolio, acting as the central anchor to align forecast plans and identify future risks.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Warehouse teams to manage inventory budget and coordinate incoming logistical capacity.
• Maintain planning data and ensure the accuracy of relevant systems and master data.
• Identify opportunities to improve planning processes, tools, and ways of working.

Qualifications and experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or a related field.
• Experience in demand planning, supply planning, or a related supply-chain role.
• Proficiency with Excel and planning or ERP systems; experience with SAP or similar tools is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Clear communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• Fluent in English.
