About the Position
To be the responsible for the Demand Planning/ SNOP routines and AOP budget of the commercial units in Turkey. Lead the forecasting cycle with Commercial & Marketing & Finance teams. Been a focus point for long and short term demand discussion to drive sales in the right direction. Owner of the forecast accuracy and BIAS KPIs as well an enabler for Top Line results to be materialized.
Key Accountabilities

Lead SNOP (forecasting) cycle with Commercial & Marketing and Finance teams.

Ensure collaboration within supply chain and commercial teams in demand planning operations.

Identify demand forecast risks and develop effective mitigation plans.
-
Develop demand plan based on business trends and demand patterns.
-
Analyze and troubleshoot demand related issues in a timely and accurate manner.
-
Assist in developing annual budgets and cost-effectiveness initiatives.
-
Maintain training materials and organize trainings to team members.
-
Follow and enforce company rules and regulations.
-
Develop routine and ad-hoc demand related reports for management.
-
Schedule demand review meetings with management on regular basis.

Owner of Forecast Accuracy and BIAS KPIs and maintain demand planning processes to improve forecast accuracy.

Work with multifunctional team to plan, coordinate and execute demand planning activities.

Update forecasts for new products, seasonal products, discounts, promotions.

Coordinate with inventory team to monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels.
Requirements
-
Degree in Engineering or Business Management is preferable
-
1-3 years working experience in demand roles
-
English level – advanced
-
SAP knowledge is a plus

Ability to risk assess and make decisions
