Integrated Health Solutions (IHS) partners with hospitals, clinics, and payers to drive transformational change and create more value for patients. Our team of seasoned professionals brings deep knowledge of the healthcare value chain and broad expertise across disciplines.
As Medtronic Consultant Integrated Health Solutions, you will connect with client hospitals, understand and analyze their most pressing business challenges and deliver high value services which improve their quality, productivity, and patient and staff experience. This is a role focused on working in the Türkiye (across various hospital clients) with a willingness to travel within the country and occasionally within MENA (Middle East and North Africa). It is possible to work alternately on-site and remotely, depending on the consultancy assignments. Travel is anticipated to be 75%.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
- Lead and support end-to-end consulting engagements, from baseline assessment to implementation and impact tracking; manage project timelines, deliverables, risks, and stakeholder communications
- Collect, validate, and analyze clinical, operational, and financial data to identify improvement opportunities; map and analyze patient pathways, workflows, and operational processes
- Facilitate workshops, interviews, and working sessions with clinical and non-clinical stakeholders
- Works independently, with limited supervision and delivers workstreams or smaller consulting projects; independently manages issues and pulls in help from senior colleagues if needed
- Crafts communications for different audiences with little guidance; communicates findings logically and with appropriate level of detail
- Understand implications of client's culture and uses this to be more effective from day to day; coaches client team members when appropriate and is open to coaching from others
- Identify and build new services and solutions that enable clients to improve outcomes and reduce costs of delivering care; contribute to knowledge sharing, best practice development, and continuous improvement within team
Required Knowledge and Experience:
- Master’s degree in a relevant field (Industrial Engineering, Healthcare Management, Business Administration, Public Health, or equivalent); international education is an advantage
- Fluency in Turkish & English is essential; additional languages are highly desirable
- 3–5 years of experience in major healthcare organizations, consulting firms or healthcare advisory roles, preferably with exposure to hospitals, clinics, or healthcare institutions in Türkiye or the relevant region
- Solid experience working with hospital leadership, including directors, chief physicians, and department heads, within the Türkiye healthcare system (public and/or private)
- Strong project management capabilities, including planning, coordination, stakeholder communication, risk management, problem-solving, data analysing and interpreting, and delivery of measurable outcomes
- Strong business acumen and understanding of healthcare decision-making processes, with the ability to link strategic consulting insights to commercial and operational healthcare development
- Experience in Lean and Six Sigma concepts is a plus
