Duties: Write and optimize queries to extract and transform product and customer data. Design and execute A/B tests to assess the impact of product features and guide decision-making through experimentation. Build and maintain dashboards to provide visibility into KPIs, customer behavior, and product performance across teams. Conduct data analysis to support exploratory analyses and hypothesis validation. Develop and deliver data-driven presentations to communicate technical concepts for business and technical audiences. Collaborate with product managers and cross-functional teams to influence roadmaps and prioritize features based on user data and ROI. Improve internal analytics workflows and support the adoption of data tools to streamline reporting and foster a data-driven culture.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum education and experience required: Master's degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, or related field of study plus 2 years (24 months) of experience in the job offered or as Quant Analytics Associate, Associate Strategic Analytics, Business Analyst, or related occupation. The employer will alternatively accept a Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, or related field of study plus 5 years (60 months) of experience in the job offered or as Quant Analytics Associate, Associate Strategic Analytics, Business Analyst, or related occupation.
Skills Required: This position requires experience with the following: Writing and optimizing SQL queries to extract and transform product and customer data; Building and maintaining Tableau dashboards to provide visibility into KPIs, customer behavior, and product performance across teams; Conducting data analysis in Python using pandas and Num Py to support exploratory analyses and hypothesis validation; Developing and delivering data-driven presentations for business and technical audiences; Collaborating with product managers and cross-functional teams to influence roadmaps and prioritizing features based on user data and ROI; Improving internal analytics workflows and supporting the adoption of data tools to streamline reporting; Designing and executing A/B tests to assess the impact of product features and guide decision-making through statistically sound experimentation.
