For our expanding Warsaw-based CMG (Capital Markets Group) business line we are looking for you as a Data Analyst.

What this job involves:

The Data Analyst shall perform the following tasks:

• The role will provide support to our French Valuation team.

• Support in property analysis such as location, town planning, investment and letting deals, ESG analysis (research of information, their analysis, conclusions)

• Support in property market analysis (data research, analysis of investment and letting transactions, mini market descriptions)

• Support in writing valuation reports under supervision of a surveyor

• Support in valuation calculations (internal software and excel models)

• Various recurring tasks within the valuation process

• Close collaboration with the French Valuation team via Microsoft Teams and emails to provide regular project and progress updates.

Desired skills and experience for this job

• Very good communication skills in the French language are required (C1+)

• Good knowledge of English (B2)

• Have an interest /appetite for real estate or background in real estate.

• Analytic skills, good logic and have an eye for details.

• Autonomous, eager to learn and take on responsibility.

• Well-organised, and proactive

• Good knowledge of MS office: (including Outlook, Word, and Excel: entering data, knowing basic formulas, knowing how to filter)
