Business Support Data Analyst- Talent Community

As a Business Support Data Analyst, you will deliver actionable insights through reporting and analytics as well as automation that enhance the performance of the Business Support (BS) function in the EMEA region. This includes building and updating reporting tools, developing data workflows and BS metrics and contributing to process improvement initiatives. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional and cross-country stakeholders, becoming a key partner in data-driven decision-making.

Key responsibilities will include:

Reporting & visualization

• Provides support and advice through value-added analysis to BS team.
• Perform all aspects of building interactive dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Support regular and ad-hoc reporting and presentations to management.
• Identify relevant KPIs in partnership with the BS team to enable data driven decisions.

• Develop self-service reporting tools and improve access to recurring data needs.
• Automate and maintain internal reporting systems for leadership teams.

Data analysis & insights

• Merge and process data from multiple sources to create meaningful insights.
• Validate data quality and analyze performance trends and investigate significant variances to ensure integrity of information. 
• Use statistical techniques to analyze data and inform decision-making.

Data & workflow optimization

• Support the implementation, automation, and validation of operational workflows across the BS function in EMEA.
• Write scripts to automate recurring and time-consuming tasks.
• Partner with the team to identify opportunities for improvement and implement data-supported solutions.

Our requirements:

• Experience in reports generation, business analysis and implementation for management reporting
• Proficiency in Excel (advanced level essential) and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau (Power BI preferred).
• Practical experience in data automation (Microsoft tools like Power App, power automate) or scripting (e.g.VBA)
• Strong communication and presentation skills in English (other European languages are a plus).
• Critical thinking, proactive and problem-solving attitude, ability to thrive in a dynamic international environment
• Strong business acumen and passion for process improvements
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills, cause/effect thinking, structured and methodical way of working
