Join our team in Budapest as a Facility Coordinator. We are looking for an experienced and committed professional to oversee facility operations and ensure a safe, efficient environment for our employees and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Soft Services Management:Manage soft services in line with contract agreements and company standards.

  • Site Inspections:Conduct regular site inspections to proactively identify operational, maintenance, and improvement needs.

  • Client Coordination:Address and respond to client requests, assess issues, and provide timely solutions or recommendations.

  • Operational and Financial Forecasting:Develop and maintain operational-financial forecasts for the site, following internal financial processes and ensuring prompt, process-based billing.

  • Health & Safety Compliance:Ensure full compliance with Health and Safety requirements, including conducting risk assessments for staff, vendors, and visitors.

  • Process Improvement:Implement standardized processes, continuous improvements, and best practices in facility management.

  • Customer Relationship Management:Maintain regular contact with customers and work to continuously nurture and improve business relationships.

  • Cost Optimization:Optimize ongoing and recurring costs (personnel, external services, material services, overheads).

  • Project Support:Provide facility-specific support to the project management team as required.

  • Reporting:
    Manage waste and environmental statistics reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Business Administration, or a related field

Minimum 3 years of experience in facility management or a similar role

Solid knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and facility management software

Fluent in English, written and spoken

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team
