Summary

The role involves closer co-operation, coordination and reporting of the progress across the full Client Onboarding life cycle to include close collaboration and interaction with the KYC/AML, Legal, and Risk functions and updates to the Business/Senior Management as pertains to FX Onboarding. Increased focus and expertise with regards to the implementation aspect of FX Onboarding in relation to liaising with FX Back Office and FX Support, to ensure correct trade flow/reporting to downstream systems and FX platforms.

Analytically and procedurally competent, representing the team on cross-function processes or project deliverables. Emerging as an expert in a specific skill set but remains focused primarily on daily execution. An awareness of and/or good working knowledge of IHS Markit and regulatory requirements pertaining to Dodd Frank and EMIR is desirable.

Major Responsibilities

• Focuses on processing transactions with complete accuracy and thorough understanding and implementation of standard operating and Onboarding procedures

• Serves as the main reporting contact for the client; full ownership for one or more processes, reports and/or procedures.

• Analytically and procedurally competent, representing the team on cross-function process or project deliverables; emerging as an expert in a specific skill set but remains focused primarily on daily execution.

• Carries out complex activities with significant financial, client, and/or internal business impact.

• Able to serve as a key subject matter expert and mentor to other more junior level employees

• Takes initiative to solve complex problems.

• Delivers a work product that requires minimal or no revision

Knowledge/Skills/Experience

• Excellent oral and written communication skills are required.

• An awareness of FX Industry Onboarding requirements is required.

• Highly flexible and adaptable to change.

• A College or University degree and/or relevant in Client Onboarding / Securities / Cash Operations work experience is required.

• 1-5 years experience in financial servicing/accounting fields, with client servicing background.
