Responsibilities
As a National Healthcare Coordinator, you will:
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals across all levels of the healthcare system to improve care delivery and patient outcomes.
- Deliver training and education programs to support clinical excellence and operational efficiency.
- Support hospitals and care teams in optimizing patient pathways and coordination of care.
- Promote the implementation of evidence-based clinical guidelines and best practices.
- Drive quality improvement initiatives and support performance monitoring efforts.
- Identify gaps in healthcare delivery and implement practical, sustainable solutions.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with healthcare institutions and key stakeholders.
- Expand the reach of initiatives by engaging new hospitals and care providers.
- Facilitate collaboration across multidisciplinary teams to improve system effectiveness.
- Contribute to the development and standardization of clinical and organizational protocols.
Required Skills
- Strong scientific background (advanced degree in life sciences, medicine, or related field preferred; cardiovascular focus is an advantage).
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence diverse stakeholder groups.
- Experience in training, education, or facilitation within healthcare settings.
- Ability to navigate and collaborate within complex healthcare environments.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
- High level of accountability, ownership, and resilience.
- Experience working with healthcare institutions and professionals.
- Fluency in English and Bulgarian.
- Valid driver’s license with strong driving experience.
- Willingness to travel extensively (up to 70%).
- Eligibility to work full-time in Bulgaria.
