Intellia works with UNCF to find ways to help advance successful educational outcomes, including donating to UNCF’s scholarship fund.
Mass Bay
Intellia participates in one-on-one mentoring with STEM students to provide guidance, shadowing opportunities, and career advice.
OUTbio
Intellia supports OUTBio, the biotech industry’s largest LGBTQ professionals group, which hosts monthly events with a mix of networking and a variety of relevant topics. We are also excited to support the 1st annual OUTBio LGBTQ+ STEM Scholarship Program, intended to encourage LGBTQ+ young adults to seek a career in STEM disciplines.
Latinos in BIO
Intellia supports Latinos In Bio, which creates opportunities for success by elevating visibility of the Latinx communities in the biotech, pharma and life sciences industry in an effort to make a meaningful impact.

Women in Industry, Science and Engineering (WISE)
Open to all employees, the WISE ERG provides women and allies within the biotech community with knowledge and connections to reach their full potential by supporting women’s professional development, well-being and community outreach.
OUTellia
Open to all employees, OUTellia is an ERG for the LGBTQIA+ community, allies and friends that strives to be an open, safe space where employees can grow a community and support one another. We work to foster an inclusive working environment at Intellia through education, engagement and advocacy.
Working Caregivers
Open to all employees, the Working Caregivers ERG provides a forum for employees to support one another and find resources for navigating challenges unique to working, while caring for children, parents and loved ones. We provide mentorship, compassion, ideas/strategies and inspiration, so we can give our best at home and at work.
Learning, Empower, Advancement, Potential (LEAP)
Open to all employees, the LEAP ERG empowers STEM professionals to advance their careers at Intellia by providing opportunities to gain technical skills, soft skills and resources to own their career progression.
